Our mission is to discover and develop novel treatments to improve the lives of patients with kidney disease and other immunologic disorders of high unmet need

Allosite is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on delivery of best-in-class precision therapies that directly target myeloid cells to define new treatment for people living with immune-mediated kidney disease.

Millions of people suffer from chronic immune-mediated kidney disease such as DKD, FSGS, and LN. Many patients continue to lose kidney function despite current standard of care and existing treatments only marginally slow progression, work in only a subset of patients, or carry substantial toxicity from long-term immunosuppression. As a result, many patients still progress to kidney failure requiring dialysis or transplant, with major consequences for survival and quality of life. Allosite is focused on bringing novel treatments to these patients living with immune-driven kidney disease.
